Pastor Franklin taught from 1 Corinthians 12 about how the Church is the Body of Christ. God intentionally created every person differently, and those differences are not mistakes. Every believer has a role to play in the body. Pride can divide the body, insecurity can weaken the body, but God designed each person intentionally to work together in unity for His Kingdom.

Prayer
Spend time thanking God for intentionally creating you the way He did. Pray that God would remove pride, insecurity, comparison, and division from your heart. Ask Him to show you how He wants to use your gifts and abilities to strengthen the body of Christ and serve others well.
Life Application
This week, identify one gift, strength, or passion God has given you and intentionally use it to serve someone else. Look for ways to encourage people around you instead of comparing yourself to them. Remember that the Church functions best when every person uses the gifts God has placed inside of them.
