God is Looking for Weak Women

Description: In a world that tells women to be strong and independent, God proves it time and time again: His strength is made perfect in our weakness. Through her own story of pain, unanswered prayers, and learning to depend entirely on Jesus, she invites women to embrace weakness as the pathway to God’s strength. Each listener may be coming in with different stories and circumstances, but the solution for all is the same: the cure is Jesus.

About the Speaker: Jenny Rohrer is a Christian singer, songwriter, and worship leader from Grand Rapids, Michigan. From a young age, Jenny was always singing as she found herself connecting with God through song. So much so, her father affectionately has called her "Songbird" ever since. Little did he know, he was prophesying over her. Jenny's journey has led her to release several singles and an EP titled My Offering in 2023, showcasing her heartfelt worship and devotion. In addition to her music career, Jenny is passionate about leading others in worship, aiming to help others encounter the God she has come to know and love more and more each day. She has committed her life to writing love songs for Jesus.

Description: When life shakes us—or when we watch those we love struggle—faith can feel fragile. In this breakout session, Rachel will share her testimony, and we will explore how to find courage in the midst of storms. Come discover the strength that comes from keeping the faith, even when it’s hard, and leave encouraged to face life with unwavering trust.

About the Speaker: Rachel Culver is a worship pastor, author, and songwriter based out of Radiant Church in Kalamazoo, MI. This year marks twenty years in full-time ministry serving the body of Christ. Rachel’s book, Called to Sing, is an equipping tool for all the saints to join in with the song of heaven. Rachel and her husband, Caleb, started the Radiant School of Worship, which has become a three-year ministry school and have a huge heart for raising up and equipping the next generation of songwriters, worshippers, and ministry leaders.

About the Speaker: Jen Smale is a dedicated minister, worship leader, mentor, and teacher with a passion for worship music and the Church. Known for her genuine and practical communication style, Jen effectively connects with her audience, making complex ideas accessible and relatable. Her commitment to raising future leaders and mentoring the younger generation is at the heart of her work, as she strives to equip and empower those around her to grow in their faith and leadership. Jen is a credentialed minister through the Assemblies of God and lives in middle Tennessee with her husband Josh and their 5 children.

About the Speaker: Cindy is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene and graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a B.S. in Nursing. She and her husband, Rob, have pastored, planted a church, and travelled in evangelism. Cindy has a heart for women to know their identity and destiny in Christ and to equip believers to spiritually parent the next generation of believers.

About the Speaker: Joy is a pastoral counselor, author of ‘Still Falling North’, cofounder of Barn45 ministry, and a global online bible study teacher. Joy’s passion is to stir women’s hearts to know the God of the Universe is chasing them down with a relentless love that’ll beautifully wreck them forever! Married for 26 years, Joy and her husband, Jamie, live in Highland, Michigan, and have three amazing adult children, one son-in-law, and two spoiled bulldogs!

Gen Z: The Revival Generation

Description: Across campuses, churches, and cities, a fresh wave of revival is stirring within Generation Z. This movement isn’t defined by lights, platforms, or personalities; it’s marked by hunger for God’s presence, radical obedience, and deep authenticity. Let’s testify to how God is awakening this generation to His Spirit and how young women are playing a powerful and prophetic role in leading the way. From worship gatherings to prayer movements, from social media to small groups, daughters of the King are rising with boldness and purpose; carrying the fire of revival into their generation.

About the Speaker: Sydney has spent six years mentoring and discipling teenagers, with a passion for raising up the next generation. She currently helps lead the School of Leadership, a college program equipping young adults to become Christ-centered leaders while earning their degrees through Indiana Wesleyan University. Her heart beats for creating spaces where young people can encounter God, grow in their calling, and lead with purpose.
