The Woods Church belongs to the Nazarene denomination. We are a (1) Christian People, (2) a Holiness People, and (3) a Missional People. The Christian Community considers the Church of the Nazarene a theologically evangelical church, meaning that we believe each person can and must have a personal encounter with Christ. Through repentance and faith, our sins are forgiven.

Absolutely! Our Christmas services re family-friendly, and will last about an hour and fifteen minutes.

If your child feels comfortable, our Kids Ministry team is planning some extra-fun games, songs, and interactive teaching. Our team is all background-checked, trained, and prioritize your child’s safety. If you plan on checking your child into Kids Ministry for the first time, please allow a few extra minutes for us to collect your contact information.

Nursery - Birth-Toddler: A warm, clean, fun environment just steps away from our Main Sanctuary.

Kids Ministry (K-4th) - Located downstairs, our background-checked volunteer team is devoted to making church fun for your child. From crafts and games to interactive teaching using media and technology, your child will have a great time learning about how Jesus loves them!

PreTeen Ministry (5th-6th)- We have a PreTeen service designed specifically for 5th and 6th Grade students. Service includes live worship lead by our college students, games, and interactive teaching. Follow the signs for Kids Ministry, and you’re on your way!

We are a casual, contemporary church. On Christmas, however, we all like to dress for the occasion! Wear your jeans, or wear your suit- it’s up to you.
