Welcome to the Immerse Women’s Conference FAQ. Here’s everything you need to know to enjoy your experience!

  • Q: Who is this conference for?
    A: Immerse is designed for all women ages 14 and up who desire to grow deeper in their faith, connect with other women, and experience God’s presence in a meaningful way.

    Q: What should I bring?
    A: Bring your Bible, journal, and an open heart ready to learn, worship, and connect. Tissues may also come in handy for those touching or inspiring moments!

    Q: Dress code
    A: Dress casual, cute, and comfortable—just no pajamas! We want you to feel relaxed, confident, and free to fully enjoy every part of the day.

  • Q: How do I check in?
    A: Registration is arranged alphabetically on Friday. Simply hop in line to receive your lanyard, which you’ll need to re-enter the building after lunch and the next day. Our friendly team will be there to help you every step of the way!

    Q: Can I register at the door?
    A: At-door registration is not available, as we are excitedly anticipating a sold-out event. Please make sure to register ahead so we can welcome you without delay.

    Q: Are refunds available?
    A: Tickets are final sale. Refunds will not be available.

    Q: What if I need to cancel or transfer my ticket?
    A: No worries! Simply reach out via this contact form, and our team will gladly assist you.

    Q: Are there group or student discounts?
    A:

    • Group discounts: Not available at this time

    • Student discounts: Available during registration—just provide your school name and age.

    Q: Can I volunteer?
    A: We are so grateful for the hands that help make Immerse possible! Currently, only Woods Church Dream Team volunteers are serving on the Immerse team.

  • Q: What is provided for meals and snacks?

    A:

    • Lunch: Off-site break. View restaurant recommendations

    • Snacks & Coffee: Free coffee and light snacks throughout the day

    • Café: Specialty drinks available for purchase on Friday Night and Saturday

    • Breakfast: Grab-and-go options are ready each morning

    • Water: Bottled water and refill stations will be available as well

    Q: Breakout Sessions
    A: All breakout sessions are repeated throughout the day, so you’ll have plenty of chances to attend. While these sessions won’t be recorded, main sessions will be shared after the conference via YouTube links, along with a short attendee survey.

    Q: Parking & Transportation
    A:

    • Parking: Only available in the back main lot of the building

    • Shuttles: Not available if you park elsewhere

    • Tip: We encourage carpooling whenever possible to make things easier for everyone

    Q: Accessibility info
    A: The venue is fully accessible with elevators and ramps. Please let us know if you have any special needs so we can assist you.

    Q: Can I leave and re-enter the venue during the day?
    A: Yes! Just be sure to have your lanyard with you each time. We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the day.

    Q: Are there any security or safety measures?
    A: Yes, our security team will be on site to make sure the environment is safe and welcoming for everyone.
