Nikki Catherincchia

Nikki is an ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene and the Teaching Pastor and Immerse Conference Director at The Woods Church in Warren, Michigan. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Religion from Liberty University as well as Ministry Preparation Training from Nazarene Bible College. Nikki preaches and teaches regularly at The Woods Church. She also speaks throughout the United States and beyond. Her passion is teaching the Word of God so that people might fall in love with the presence of God and live a life that reveals Jesus through a pursuit of holiness. Nikki and her husband Matt have been married for 25 years and together they have 3 beautiful children; Salvatore (24), Santino (23), and Francesca who is now home with Jesus.

Katrina Stewart

Katrina Stewart is a minister at Mayflower Baptist Church serving under the leadership of Pastor Douglas Butler. She is a passionate speaker, educator, and advocate who is deeply committed to helping individuals and families heal, grow, and thrive through both faith and service. With more than 25 years of experience in the early childhood field, Katrina has served as a child care director, consultant, CDA instructor, and program leader supporting children, families, and early childhood professionals. Her work in Infant Mental Health and reflective supervision has equipped her to minister with compassion, wisdom, and authenticity. She is the author of Through Trauma to Grace, where she shares her journey of faith, healing, and restoration. Katrina’s ministry and professional work are both rooted in her calling to empower others through God’s love, education, and emotional wellness. She is married, a proud mother of four adult children, and continues to inspire women to walk boldly in purpose and grace.

Tara Beth Leach

Tara Beth Leach is a pastor, preacher of the Word, speaker, and writer. She is the senior pastor at Good Shepherd Church (Naperville, Illinois) and previously served at First Church of the Nazarene of Pasadena (Pasadena, California).

Tara Beth is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University and Northern Theological Seminary, as well as the author of four books, including The GREAT Morning Revolution (September 2025). A frequent speaker at conferences, retreats, and universities across America, Tara Beth addresses topics such as church leadership, women in ministry, and the spiritual practice of morning prayer.

Tara Beth and Jeff Leach have been married for almost two decades. They live near Chicago, Illinois, where they are raising two rambunctious sons.
